The Greek OSCE Chairmanship's Special Representative for Protracted Conflicts, Ambassador Mr. C. Christopoulos, co-chaired the 4^th round of the Geneva talks on the crisis in Georgia, which was held on 17-18/02/2009. At the talks, agreement was reached on adopting an incident-prevention mechanism.  This is the first text to be adopted within the framework of the Geneva talks. The next round of talks will be held in the spring.
