First Greek Culinary Week at Kowloon Shangri La, 5-12 June 2014
The Consulate General of Greece in Hong Kong co-organized with the Hotel Kowloon Shangri La the first Greek Culinary Week in Hong Kong from 5 to 12 June 2014.
Native Greek Chef Vassilis Mandros, who has won several international and local accolades, flew in as guest chef to bring to Hong Kong an array of authentic specialties from different parts of Greece. A selection of Greek wines, cocktails and mocktails were also available.
Greek cuisine is a harmonious blend of gastronomy, taste and high nutritional value and this event gave the chance to explore it.
