Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, is travelling to Geneva tomorrow to attend the Informal Five-party meeting on the Cyprus Issue convened by the UN Secretary General and taking place from 27 to 29 April.

In this context, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will participate in the scheduled sessions of the Plenary of the Informal Five-party meeting on Holy Wednesday, 28 April, and Holy Thursday, 29 April, and he will meet with the UN Secretary General on Holy Wednesday, 28 April, in the framework of Mr. Guterres’ bilateral consultations with the participants in the Informal Five-party meeting. Later the same evening, he will attend the working dinner.

While in Geneva, on the afternoon of Holy Tuesday, 27 April, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will meet with the UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Syria, Geir Pedersen, and on the sidelines of the Informal Five-party meeting, he is scheduled to meet with the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades (27 April), as well as with his British counterpart, Dominic Raab (28 April).
