Presentation of Credentials - Rwanda

On Tuesday 16th January 2018, H.E. Mr. Konstantinos Moatsos presented to H.E. Mr. Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, the Letters accrediting him as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hellenic Republic to Rwanda.
