Registration form for applicants wishing to travel to Greece to help with the refugee crisis

Applicants, working with NGOs, wishing to travel to Greece to help with the refugee crisis must first complete the attached form and send it to the Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction in Athens, Greece at assistanceinfo@ypes.gr in order for them to be registered.
