Front desk officer for the Consular Office of the Embassy of Greece in Manila.


Two (2) years fixed term contract.

Essential qualifications:

1.    University Graduate.
2.    Permanent residence in the Philippines.
3.    Between 21 and 60 years of age.
4.    Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
5.    Excellent MS Office user skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

1.    Understanding of Consular duties and responsibilities.
2.    Familiarity with front desk and administrative work.
3.    Experience in organizing functions and events.
4.    Work experience in an international environment.
5.    Knowledge of Greek language.

Job Description:

1.    Front desk officer receiving and screening visa applications.
2.    Maintaining visa appointment system and updating relevant databases.
3.    Responding to telephone and email inquiries.
4.    Perform related administrative tasks as appropriate.
