Depending on the duration and purpose of your journey to Greece, you may apply for a short-term “Schengen visa” or a long-term “national visa” for a stay of longer than 90 days.

To facilitate visa applicants, the Greek Consulate General in Saint Petersburg, Russia, has outsourced the collection of visa applications and biometric data to provider VFS Global 

Visa applicants may lodge their application at the Visa Center. The additional cost of the service fee is paid directly to VFS Global and amounts to 20 euros (paid in Rubles).

Alternatively, you may also make an appointment to lodge your visa application to the Greek Consulate General in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Visiting hours from 11:00 to 13:00, working days, both for delivering and picking up passports. Informations are given either by phone from 13:00 to 15:00 or by the Consulate's e-mail.

The Consular's jurisdiction includes regions Karelia, Archangelsk, Oblasts of Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov and Leningrad.

Applications for Schengen visas may also be lodged by accredited travel agencies, if registered fingerprints of the applicant in the VIS are within the previous 59 months.
