For the signing of a Sworn Affidavit, the requirements are;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Physical presence of the Deponent
\u2022 Application form (can be downloaded here).
\u2022 Valid passport or Greek police Identity Card ,(\u2018new-type\u2019 i.d. -names in Latin alphabet and preferably not older than 15 years)
\u2022 DRAFT Affidavit in Word Format that must be emailed to grcon.lon@mfa.gr<\/a> prior to the appointment.
\u2022 Pre-booked appointment via emailing the Consular Office in a sufficient time in advance at grcon.lon@mfa.gr<\/a>

Consular Fees<\/strong><\/td>The equivalent of 90 Euros in GBP for every double-sided page (=1 sheet).
The price includes one certified copy. Every additional copy: The equivalent of 20 Euros in GBP per double-sided page<\/td><\/tr>
