It is an initiative that aims to promote Greek art and culture,<br \/>\nas it includes exciting exhibitions, theatrical performances, musical performances,<br \/>\nand a special workshop through the collaboration of renowned universities.<\/p>\n<p>Welcoming the distinguished guest<br \/>\nartists and the art loving audience, the Consul General of Greece in New York,<br \/>\nAmbassador Dinos Konstantinou, emphasized that cultural diplomacy has a<br \/>\ndominant position at the Consulate of Greece in New York, and dedicated the<br \/>\nopening night to the festival's contributors, underlining its importance in the<br \/>\npromotion and preservation of Greek culture abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Konstantinou stressed that the<br \/>\nfestival is not only a venue for the promotion of Greek art and culture, but<br \/>\nalso a platform for the emergence of new talents and the promotion of<br \/>\nintercultural exchange between Greek and American artists.<\/p>\n<p>The event offered visitors a unique<br \/>\nopportunity to experience the diversity of Greek culture and enjoy a series of<br \/>\ncultural events that showcase the talent and creativity of artists.<\/p>\n<p>At the event - which was accompanied<br \/>\nmusically by George Varsamakis on piano and Kostas Karitzis on violin - were<br \/>\npresent distinguished Greek and American businessmen, as well as personalities<br \/>\nof educational and artistic institutions.
