Political Relations
Bilateral relations with Estonia are very good and the two countries cooperate closely within the framework of many international organisations, in particular the EU and NATO.
In July 2021, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Digital Governance of Greece and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia, aiming at closer cooperation and exchange of know-how and best practices in the field of digital transformation and digital development.

Cultural Relations and Greek Community
The Greek presence in Estonia has been limited over time and therefore there is no organized Greek community or related expatriates’ institutions. The Orthodox Church of Estonia, which is under the jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, and its Head, Metropolitan Stefanos of Tallinn and All Estonia, maintain cooperation with professors of the Schools of Theology of Athens and Thessaloniki.
