Call for Applications: Scholarships’ Programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic is offering one (1) scholarship to a person of Kosovo citizenship or a person of Greek descent permanent resident in Kosovo to pursue his/her undergraduate studies in Greece, beginning in the academic year 2025/2026.



The Scholarship offers a monthly allowance (650 Euros / month) and covers as well the cost of the mandatory books in each University Department.

If the selected individual does not speak Greek, he/she will be required to attend the School of Greek Language (fees covered by the Scholarships Programme).


The signed applications together with all the required documents should be submitted in hard-copy to the Liaison Office of Greece in Pristina, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 12:00, the latest by the 8th of September 2025.
