The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece is offering to Palestinian nationals/Jerusalemites three (3) scholarships to study in Greek Universities for the academic year 2026-2027. The scholarship is 650 euros per month for each of the beneficiaries.
The applicants are invited to complete the attached application form and submit it via email to grgencon.jer@mfa.gr, along with the supporting documents listed, by July 7. For undergraduate studies, each candidate can apply for up to three (3) university departments of preference, among those listed in attached table of faculties. Scholarships are also available for tuition-free postgraduate programs taught in Greek, provided that candidates have received prior admission to the University. Documents must be officially translated in Greek and duly validated by the Consulate General of Greece in Jerusalem. Applicants will be called for an in person interview at the Consulate General of Greece in Jerusalem. The final selection of the recipients will be done by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on the portfolios submitted.
Non-Greek speakers will have to register, free of charge, for an up to eight-month long Greek language course at the Modern Greek Language Teaching Center.
