Conduct of the Examination for the Certificate of Attainment in Greek of year 2026

The Embassy of Greece in Jordan announces the conduct of the Examination for the Certificate of Attainment in Greek of year 2026 and would like to inform that the Examinations will be conducted in May 2026 and the registrations of the candidates will be processed until 20/03/2026. 

For Jordan, the Examination Center will have the number 96201 (Greek Embassy in Jordan, Amman, 7, Suleiman Sukkar Str.,  P.O. Box 3506911180, telephone number 00962605922724-5, e-mail: gremb.amn@mfa.gr). 
We would like to inform you that this year registrations are to be processed electronically through the electronic registration system (available at http://www.greek-language.gr/certification/application/index.html). This environment gives candidates access via PC to the May 2026 application and questionnaire.  Hard copy application forms can be accepted only from candidates who cannot submit their application in electronic form. 

ATTENTION:
1) A full updated list of the examination centres for the Certification of Attainment in Greek is available at https://www.greek-language.gr/certification/exam_centers/ .

3) Only candidates who will be at least 8 years old on 31st May 2026 are eligible to participate in the examinations. Candidates who will be over the age of 12 on 31st May 2024 are not eligible to participate in the examination for Level A1 for children 8-12 years old (they can participate in the examination for Level A1 for adolescents/adults instead). The examinations have no other age limits. However, candidates under the age of 16 are advised not to participate in the examinations for Levels B2, C1 and C2 because answering the exam questions in the papers may require prior knowledge and experiences that young candidates do not have.
