Announcement- Visa Appointments

As of 15 June 2026, appointments for visa applications, including work visas, shall be booked online at the following address:

Visa applications shall be submitted at Visa Application Centres (VACs) in Islamabad and Lahore. For further information, regarding the required supporting documents and the addresses of the Visa Application Centres, please visit:

For Family Reunification visa applications, once the relevant procedure has been completed, applicants will be contacted by telephone. No appointment booking is required.

Requests for urgent appointments and requests for appointments through any means other than the online procedure will not be accepted.

APPROVAL DECISIONS for employment are transmitted EXCLUSIVELY by the competent Decentralized Administrations in Greece. Decisions submitted through any other means will not be taken into consideration.

2.      ATTESTATION OF PAKISTANI DOCUMENTS

Appointments for ATTESTATION of Pakistani documents shall be scheduled ONLINE. For appointments please visit: https://pk-gr-services.gvcworld.eu/login/appointments

OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES

For other consular services (civil registry matters, powers of attorney, issuance of Greek passports) concerning Greek citizens, appointments may be schedulled by email or applicants may appear in person without prior appointment at the Consular Office during the following working days and hours:

Tuesday: 10:00 – 13:00
Thursday: 10:00 – 13:00
