Process of lodging your application:

Visa applications must be submitted in person and by appointment only. To book a visa appointment, please click here (or click on the e-appointments icon on our web page) where one can look for available (coloured white) time slots for appointments (blue colour means that the slot is already booked and grey colour means that there are no slots allocated).  Due to the high volume of applicants, applicants should try to secure an appointment as early as possible.

In order to login to the booking system, you need to register first by providing your email address and a password of your preference.

Appointments for VISA applications will be allocated Monday to Thursday,  except Greek and/or Irish public holidays and, in any case, as they appear on the online booking system. A slot can be allocated to one applicant or a family of up to two persons. In the latter case, please write the names of the applicants during the booking process.

When booking your appointment online, please state in the comments your travel dates and the reason for travel e.g. business, school trip, tourism, health etc.

• Once you have booked your appointment online, you will receive a confirmation email.

Prepare an A4 envelope with your application form and all the required supporting documents, in the order mentioned, and a printout of your confirmation email. Please include photocopies of previous schengen visas that you might have in previous passports of yours.

When you arrive for your appointment, you should have the envelope you prepared along with your current passport and GNIB (IRP) card (if any).

Only one person is allowed at the reception area (except in cases of minor children).

Please also note that:

EU family members should also book an appointment - please mention that you are EU family member when you book the appointment.
