We would like to inform you that the new service "Virtual Assistant" has been launched, within the framework of the "Consular Services Transformation Process" project. The Virtual Assistant can operate via a digital channel (Facebook messenger, the Embassy's website or Viber) and can be used by any device, on a 24/7 basis, for the direct information of citizens regarding various consular services. It can respond in 19 different languages.
