Certificate to continue receipt of pension by the Greek Social Security Institutions

The requirements are:

• Application form (can be downloaded here).

• Valid passport or Greek police Identity Card.

• Social Security Number or Registration Number at the Social Security Institution (usually included in the letter received from the pension institution).

• Proof of address in the Switzerland (e.g. utility bill, council tax bill).

• Pre-booked appointment via emailing the Consular Office in a sufficient time in advance at or calling at 031 356 14 14.
