Appointment Booking System

In order to book an appointment, for the first time, create an account:

1. Click on the link of the service you need
2. On the calendar / login page, by clicking on one of the available appointments, select "Sign in"
3. Enter your personal email and desired password (at least 8 characters)
4. Fill in your contact information
5. You will receive a confirmation email
6. Click on the link in the email to activate your account
7. Book your appointment

Please note that all services are available by appointment only

1. Passports

Passport issuance and renewal: Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00.

2. VISA

Welcome to the Visa Department of the Consular Office of the Embassy of Greece in Cyprus.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Due to high volume, you will be able to schedule only one appointment which you will not be allowed to change. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact us at grcon.nic-vis@mfa.gr
2. Prior to your appointment, please consult our website and make sure you have all necessary supporting documents. Failure to produce the required documents at your appointment will result in your application being either not accepted or rejected.
3. You have to expect up to 15 days for processing your application. There is no rush option available. Please notice that you should be a holder of a valid residence permit of the Republic of Cyprus in order to apply for a Schengen visa and travel to Greece.
You can fill out your application form in the following languages: Greek, English, French.

3. Military Service Matters – Permanent Residents Abroad

Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

4. Civil Registry Department

All civil status events (marriage, divorce, birth, baptism, death) involving Greek citizens that occur abroad must be declared to the competent Consular Authority.

In this case, civil status events involving Greek citizens taking place in Cyprus must be declared, as soon as possible, to the Consular Office of the Embassy of Greece in Cyprus.

5. Administrative Services

For administrative procedures or the issuance of birth certificates and family status certificates, citizens will be served by appointment only.
An appointment is not required for citizen registration in the National Registry of Communication (EMEp).
Public service hours are 09:00 – 14:00.

This department does not handle declarations of birth, marriage, or death. For these services, please schedule an appointment with the Civil Registry Office.
