He was born in 1958.
Studied in the USA, specializing in his M.A. in International Relations and International Law.
Graduated from the National School of Public Administration, Diplomatic Section, in 1989.
Has served in the Embassies of Greece in Ankara and Sofia, as well as Counselor in the Office of EU's Special Representative in Skopje.
Participated as member of the Delegation of Greece in two UN General Assemblies.
Has also served as National Coordinator of Greece for the Stability Pact in SE Europe, as well as Counselor in NATO's International Political Secretariat (national contribution of Greece), and as Consul General of Greece in Korce, Albania and Stuttgart, Germany.
Has followed professional seminars of the EU, and a postgraduate program of Harvard University, on international security issues.
Prior to assuming his duties as Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic in Montenegro, he was Director of the Diplomatic Bureau of Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. M. Bolaris.
