Vacancy Announcement - Τwo (2) temporary assistants

The Embassy of the Hellenic Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the Action “Employing “field workers” to support and assist the work of the Consular Authorities in third countries” funded by the “Greece Project - Financial Support Instrument for Border Management and Visa Policy of the Integrated Border Management Fund 2021-2027”, announces the intention to recruit two (2) temporary assistants, with a fixed, eight (8) - month contract to exclusively address urgent and seasonal needs of the VISA issuing department of the Consular Section of the Embassy.


All interested parties are required to submit their applications along with their CV’s via email to the Embassy of Greece in Astana at: gremb.ast@mfa.gr no later than September 30, 2025.


The candidates should be at least 21 years and maximum 60 years old and must have the following qualifications:


1. Be a permanent resident or officially residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Hold a university degree.

3. Have excellent knowledge of the Kazakh, Russian and English (or French) language. Knowledge of Greek is considered an additional asset.

4. Have good computer skills.

5. Professional experience in similar position, familiarity with the market and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information will be also taken into consideration.
