Requirements for Non-Commercial Movements of Companion Animals

To travel with your pet to Greece, you will need a veterinary health certificate for your pet.

This certificate is required for countries where such documentation is mandatory. Requirements:

1. Personal Taxisnet credentials: You will need access to the Taxisnet system.

2. Required documents: Attach the necessary documentation (refer to the detailed description in the link below).

3. Pet Identification: Your pet must be identified with an injectable transponder (microchip).

4. Pet Passport: Your pet must have a valid passport.

5. Rabies Vaccination: Ensure your pet is vaccinated against rabies.

Once the process is completed, the response from the relevant Greek Region will be available in your electronic inbox. The response will include all validity features (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic seal) and can be used for any legal purpose.
