Sworn Affidavit

For the signing of a Sworn Affidavit, the requirements are:

• Physical presence of the Deponent.

• Valid passport or Identity Card (‘for Greek IDs new-type’ i.d. -names in Latin alphabet and preferably not older than 15 years).

• DRAFT Affidavit in Word Format that must be emailed to prior to the appointment.

• Pre-booked appointment via emailing the Consular Office in a sufficient time in .
