Economic and Trade relations Greek Development Aid

There is scope for further development of Greek-Georgian trade. Bilateral trade stood at 68.08 million dollars in 2011 (61.9 million dollars of Greek exports, 6.18 million dollars of Georgian exports). Georgian exports comprise raw materials and agricultural products, whereas Greek exports consist of lubricants and foodstuffs.   

Greek FDI investment in Georgia amounts to 908,000 dollars. The main Greek companies operating as investors or exporters are the following:   
Xylotrans, Askana Ltd (Silver & Baryte Ores Mining Co. S.A.), ERGO 3 – Georgia Ltd. Ponto Star, DICA, Shop of Fur and Leather, Eleones, Vitex.
