Lecture on Greek food and culture by Ambassador and Mrs. Nikolaos Tsamados (Saturday, September 1, 2012)
Invited by the famous Hattori Nutrition College Ambassador and Mrs. Nikolaos Tsamados gave a lecture about Greek food and culture.
Mrs. Tsamados talked especially about Greek yogurt on the occasion of the launching of "Partheno" a Japanese brand by the Morinaga Μilk Industry. She emphasized the health aspects during the lecture before demonstrating a Greek yogurt and fig recipe in front of an audience of 30 people. Chef Tetsu Nakamura of the Hattori Nutrition College also prepared Greek appetizers and main dishes for a special Greek day!
