Monday, January 8, 2018 at 6:30pm. Lecture on the Archaeological Society in Athens by Dr. Antonis Kotsonas, Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati

The lecture will tell the story of the Archaeological Society in Athens by focusing on its most distinguished members and their major contributions to the study and promotion of Greek culture.

The event will include an address by distinguished photographer Robert McCabe, on his project “Images of Antiquity”, concerning photographs of ancient monuments (many of which excavated by the Archaeological Society) he took in Greece during 1954-1955.
