Visit of Minister of Culture and Tourism Pavlos Geroulanos- signing of a memorandum of cooperation with the Getty Museum (9-21-2011).

After long but fruitful negotiations, Minister Pavlos Geroulanos and President of the Getty Trust James Cuno signed an agreement of cooperation between the Greek Ministry of Culture and the Getty Museum, which opens the door for cooperation in many fields, including exhibitions, exchange of experts, restoration etc, and will contribute to the promotion of  Greece in the West Coast.

The Getty Museum is one of the few museums around the world which returned 6 ancient objects of great archaeological value to Greece.
