Welcome to the virtual home of the Embassy of Greece in Stockholm

Since Greece and Sweden established diplomatic relations in 1852, both countries have enjoyed the strengthening of their ties through solid bilateral relations and extensive cooperation within the European Union.
Illustrating the friendship and understanding between our two cultures is the long established Greek community in Sweden, one that excels in culture, business and medical endeavors, but also the annual Swedish visitors to Greece, which numbers around half a million.
Consider this website your virtual home for all matters considering Greece and we will keep you updated on our activities.
