Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias today met with the Chair of the Appropriations Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, Nita Lowey.
Discussions focused on further deepening of Greek-U.S. relations – including through the Strategic Dialogue, the second round of which is to take place in Athens this fall – and economic aspects of defence cooperation. They also discussed regional developments and issues of mutual interest in the Eastern Mediterranean.
