Internship opportunities at the Permanent Mission of Greece in Geneva

The Permanent Mission of Greece to the United Nations Office in Geneva offers internships throughout the year.
The applicants must be University students or graduates. Good knowledge of English is required, while knowledge of French is positively evaluated.

The internship involves engaging with various divisions of the Mission, attending multilateral UN meetings and sessions, and preparing reports, briefing papers, and summaries of international proceedings.

The internship may be undertaken either within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme or on a purely voluntary basis. In all cases, before commencing their internship, students are required to: (a) submit a written waiver of any financial or other claims against the Mission and the Hellenic Republic, and (b) ensure they are covered, at their own expense, by the legally required insurance policies for health, third-party liability, and workplace accident, for the entire duration of the internship.

The internship offers valuable insight into the operations and responsibilities of diplomatic missions, while also granting a comprehensive understanding of multilateral diplomacy in practice.
