Application for declaring a divorce

Notification to the competent consular authority of the fact of the dissolution of the marriage through issue divorce following a non-appealable Court decision.

Required documents:

1.    Personal attendance of one of the two spouses (the Greek citizen)
2.    Application 
3.    Identity card or valid passport of the interested party.
4.    Certificate of family status.
5.    Greek certificate of marriage.
6.    Original copy of an absolute Divorce Decree, indicating the date on which it became final and non-appealable, duly legalized with an APOSTILLE stamp by the competent Slovak Authorities.
7.         Official translation of the Divorce Decree into Greek language.
