On Thursday April 11th the Consul General, StratosEfthymiou and the Alpha Omega Council presented wreaths from Greece to the Boston Athletic Association, as a way of transmitting a tradition of Classical Greece,the country where the ideals of Olympics, fair play and noble competition were born, to Boston. The event was held in the Great Hall of the Massachusetts State House three days before the Boston Marathon and the crowning of its winners.
