Translations / Interpretations

The Greek Consular Authorities in the US do not offer official translation/ interpretation services. If you need translation or interpretation for your consular needs, please consider the following options:

A. The Register of Certified Translators comprises translators certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For matters relating to translations, you may contact directly the certified translator of your choice.

B. Lawyers who are members of the Greek Bar Associations.

C. Graduates from the Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting of the Ionian University.

Interpretations

For interpretation purposes in legal documents (eg. power of attorney), you may choose persons of your trust, providing they are fluent in both Greek and English.
