D. DEATH

-The Greek passport and/or ID of the deceased, as well as the family status certificate.

-Death certificate, authenticated with an Apostille and translated into Greek by a translator recognized by the Greek Consular Authority in Denmark.

-Medical death certificate, translated into Greek.

-The Greek passport and/or ID of the person reporting the death at the Consular Office, with their personal presence required.
