The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides services (procedural transactions such as administrative affairs, translations and certificates) for Greek citizens or Greeks abroad and assistance in case of emergencies through the Greek Missions abroad and the H2 Department at the Ministry (tel.: 210 3682631, email : dh2@gmail.com).

With the imminent launch of the “Digital Transformation of Consular Service Procedures”, the H2 Directorate participates in the relevant working groups of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ensures the completion of the preparations, as well as the monitoring of the proper implementation of the new Digital Service from the Consular Authorities, etc.
