Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ioannis Amanatidis met at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Deputy High Commissioner of the UN Refugee Agency, Kelly T. Clements, who is on a short visit to Athens and Lesvos.
They discussed the intensive cooperation between the UNHCR office in Greece and the Greek authorities for provision of the best possible care for applicants for international protection in our country, and they considered ways to meet emerging challenges within the context of UNHCR actions.
