Minister of Foreign Affairs Giorgos Katrougalos to participate in the ministerial meeting of the Berlin Process (Warsaw, 12 April 2019)

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Giorgos Katrougalos, will travel to Warsaw in order to participate in the proceedings of the ministerial meeting of the Berlin Process on Friday, 12 April. The purpose of the meeting is to prepare the Summit in Poznan, Poland (4 to 5 July), in which Greece will be participating for the first time as a permanent member.

The Berlin Process aims at supporting the European prospects of the Western Balkans, with emphasis on economic growth and connectivity. The talks in Warsaw will focus on specific aspects, such as the problems facing the youth in the Western Balkans, as well as bilateral issues of the countries of the region.

On the margins of the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will meet with counterparts.
