We condemn the throwing of paint by members of an anarchist group in the forecourt of the Embassy of the United States of America, which resulted in material damages.
Such actions cannot undermine the close and timeless ties of friendship between our peoples and the strategic relationship between Greece and the United States, which is strengthened during an especially crucial period for our country and the region.
The competent Greek authorities are taking all necessary action for those responsible to be brought to justice.
