Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Giorgos Kotsiras is travelling to Geneva today to address the High-Level Meeting of the 58th Session of the UN Human Rights Council, on which Greece is a candidate to serve from 2028 to 2030.
During his stay in Geneva, the Deputy Minister will visit the Orthodox Centre of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Chambésy, where he will meet with His Eminence Metropolitan Maximos of Switzerland. Mr. Kotsiras will also meet with the Mayor of Geneva, Christina Kitsos, who is of Greek origin, with Greek employees of international organisations, and with representatives of Greek community organisations.
