myOEYlive

In the context of upgrading and improving the services provided to Greek businesses, with the aim of strengthening their international presence, the General Secretariat for International Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance of the Ministry of Digital Governance, jointly developed the digital service “myOEYlive”.

The “myOEYlive” application is an alternative means of communication with the staff of the local Economic and Commercial Affairs Offices (ECA) of the Foreign Service Authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It operates in parallel with, and as a complement to, the existing means of communication. It is a new and modern service channel for Greek businesses, enhancing online support on issues such as exports, business activities, trade disputes, investments, and participation in development cooperation initiatives.

The digital service is currently available in twenty-six (26) ECA Offices: San Francisco, Belgrade, Bern, Berlin, Bucharest, Johannesburg, Zagreb, Cairo, Istanbul, Nicosia, London, Madrid, Munich, Buenos Aires, New York, Düsseldorf, Paris, Beijing, Prague, Rome, Skopje, Sofia, Tirana, Tokyo, Toronto, and The Hague. The aim is to expand the service to all ECA(OEY) Offices by the end of 2026.
