We unequivocally condemn today’s deadly terrorist attack by the Islamic State on innocent citizens in Baghdad.
We express our abhorrence, deep sorrow and our condolences to the victim’s loved ones and to the government and the friendly Iraqi people who are being so sorely tested.
In defence of human life as the highest good, Greece will continue to stand by the side of Iraq and all of the countries of the wider region that are suffering at the hands of terrorism.
