Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias will carry out a one-day visit to Tripoli, Libya, on Monday, 28 November, for talks with the Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord (GNA), Fayez al-Sarraj, and Foreign Minister, Mohamed Taha Siala.
