Tomorrow, Wednesday, 19 January, Foreign Minister Mr. Dimitris Droutsas will carry out a visit to Poland.
During his stay in Warsaw, Mr. Droutsas will have one-to-one talks with his Polish counterpart, Mr. Radosław Sikorski. Topics of discussion are expected to include bilateral relations in continuation to October’s visit to Warsaw of the Greek Foreign Ministry’s Secretary General, Mr. Zepos, as well as issues of European interest in view of the Polish EU Presidency in the second half of 2011 Statements will be made to the press after the meeting, followed by a working luncheon.
Also, within the framework of the visit, Mr. Droutsas is expected to meet with the Speaker of the Polish Parliament, Mr. Schetyna, and also have a meeting with the parliamentary Greek-Polish friendship group.
