Alternate Foreign Minister Euclid Tsakalotos met at the Foreign Ministry yesterday with the Hungarian Ambassador to Athens, Eszter Sándorfi.
Ms. Sándorfi conveyed to Mr. Tsakolotos an invitation from Hungarian Minister of Foreign and Trade Affairs Péter Sziijarto for the Greek Foreign Minister to attend the regional conference on “The Energy Security of Central and South-Eastern Europe,” which will take place in Budapest on 20 March 2015.
Mr. Tsakalotos thanked her for the invitation and noted to his collocutor the importance of energy security issues in the wider region. He also referred to the Greek economy and, more specifically, to the course so far of the negotiations on the issue of the Greek debt.
