Alternate Foreign Minister Euclid Tsakalotos received the Spanish Ambassador to Athens, Alfonso Lucini Mateo, at the Foreign Ministry today. There was a discussion of issues of bilateral interest, with particular emphasis on the Greek reform programme, in light of today’s acceptance of the programme by the Eurogroup.
Finally, bilateral economic relations were considered, with the Greek side noting the negative balance of trade for our country, and there was an exploration of the potential for organizing trade missions in targeted sectors.
