Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs, Giorgos Katrougalos, met today in Manama, Bahrain, with the country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid Bin Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
The meeting focused on issues of bilateral interest and matters concerning the two countries’ economic cooperation.
Earlier, Mr. Katrougalos met with high-ranking officials of Bahrain’s state investment fund, Mumtalakat. The possibilities of investments in Greece, via the fund, in sectors such as tourism, real estate, transport and logistics, and agriculture and agri-food products, were discussed.
