The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Diaspora Greeks, Antonis Diamataris, and the Cypriot Commissioner for Overseas Cypriots, Fotis Fotiou, will hold consultations on Thursday, 24 October 2019.
Following their meeting a new memorandum of cooperation on diaspora issues between the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Cyprus will be signed. The memorandum of cooperation focuses on the sectors of Education and Culture, with special emphasis on youth, and it is aimed at further strengthening cooperation between Greece and Cyprus on diaspora issues.
The memorandum will be signed at 13:00, at the Foreign Ministry’s Seferis Hall (1 Vas. Sofias Ave.).
