Deputy Foreign Minister Ioannis Amanatidis today, Thursday, 15 October 2015, visited the premises of the Foreign Ministry Translation Service, at 10 Arionos St., in Athens.
Mr. Amanatidis examined the functioning of the Translation Service and, in cooperation with its Management, launched the following actions:
A) Updating of the Translation Service’s public contact (telephone) information:

B) The addition of a new telephone line for serving citizens:

C) The prioritization of the upgrading of the telephone center and the installation of an electronic priority system in the building’s facilities.
Additionally, a working meeting was scheduled for next week with the aim of confronting all of the issues of the Foreign Ministry Translation Service.
