Deputy Foreign Minister Dimitris Mardas visited Brussels on 18 and 19 April 2016, meeting with his Belgian counterpart, Pieter De Crem, and leading a business mission organized by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), in cooperation with the Foreign Ministry’s Commercial Affairs Office in Brussels.
In the framework of his visit, Mr. Mardas also met with Lowri Evans, the Director-General of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs.
Mr. Mardas will be visiting London on 20 April 2016, for meetings with some sixty executives of large investment firms that have invested, or are interested in investing, in sectors of the Greek economy.
He will also attend an event being hosted by the Greek Embassy in London to promote Greek wine in the UK market.
