Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Giorgos Kotsiras, emphasized the role of English-language academic programs of Greek universities in boosting the country's international outreach and global promotion, addressing today an event held at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). The event was organized to welcome the new students of the "English-language Undergraduate Program in Archaeology, History, and Literature of Ancient Greece" of the School of Philosophy of NKUA.
Welcoming the incoming students, Mr. Kotsiras praised the quality of Greek higher education, noting its ability to offer high-standard educational opportunities in a contemporary, internationalized environment. "Greece stands as a trusted name in international education. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs fully endorses educational initiatives that enhance our country's international outreach and promote Greek culture", the Deputy Minister underscored and voiced unwavering support for the advancement of English-language academic programs in Greek Higher Education Institutions.
