The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy, Konstantinos Fragogiannis, will hold a press conference at 11:00 on Thursday on the topic of the humanitarian assistance delivered to the people of Lebanon. The press conference will take place at the Foreign Ministry’s Kranidiotis Hall, 1 Akadimias St.
Following the deadly explosion at the port of Lebanon on 4 August 2020 and the catastrophic consequences in terms of human lives, thousands of injured and incalculable material and environmental damage, Greece, responding to Lebanon’s request, decided to once again stand in solidarity with the Lebanese people and continue to provide humanitarian assistance to the country.
